Charles relocated with his family to Myrtleford and spent 17 years as a solicitor and partner in a large North East Victorian law firm, with offices from Shepparton to Mount Beauty. He headed the employment and commercial litigation practices, also undertaking commercial and conveyancing work. the firm in March 2021 and works in Employment and Personal Injury with Principal, Helen Collins. Anna was admitted to legal practice in April 2014, whilst working at the then National Union of Workers, now known as the United Workers Union. Post-admission, Anna travelled overseas to teach English and also spent three years working at Herbert Smith Freehills.
