Jane is a partner at CE Family Lawyers and it’s dedicated collaborative business, Bayside Collaborative, both located in Brighton. Jane is a passionate advocate of collaborative practice both within and outside the legal profession and is a long-standing member of the Executive of Collaborative Professionals Victoria.
As a long-time step-parent, Jane personally understands the twists and turns of the post-separation journey and has watched children adapting to new arrangements.
Jane has a Graduate Diploma in Counselling and enjoys working empathically with her clients to help them start their new life, whether by Collaborative practice, negotiation or litigation.
Jane is passionate about love, family and Melbourne’s café scene.  Having worked in Bayside for 14 years, Jane is also our resident expert on all things North of the Yarra.
