The firm was established in 1996 by Donald S Lampe, and has continued to assist clients and families with difficult situations since that time.
Don leads the team at Lampe Family Lawyers comprising experienced family lawyers. He has practised exclusively in family law for more than 30 years and his firm continues to undertake a significant amount of legal aid work. He is on the Victoria Legal Aid Independent Children’s Lawyer Panel. Don is a member of the Family Law Section of the Law Council of Australia and a member of the Law Institute of Victoria.
Don appears regularly in the Federal Circuit Court of Australia, Family Court of Australia and the Children’s Court, often as a Solicitor Advocate.
