Amy La Verde has worked with a variety of clients, including employers and employees, on a wide range of employment matters. She advises employers on matters such as compliance with workplace legislation, privacy obligations, employment and contractor agreements, award and enterprise agreement interpretation and disputes, employee entitlements and commercial proceedings related to workplace law. In addition to this, Amy also drafts employment contracts and workplace policies and manuals, and assists employers to manage performance issues in the workplace, terminations and redundancies, as well as assisting in the conduct of investigations into claims of discrimination, harassment, and bullying.
