Correspondingly, the traffic law extends to all places and paths that are available for use by everyone or only certain road users, depending on the situation. For example, only pedestrians are allowed to walk in pedestrian zones or only cyclists on cycle paths . This is regulated by certain laws and ordinances within the framework of traffic law.

What does traffic law consist of?

Not only does private law find its way into traffic law, but also public law is a part of it. At the top all those laws and ordinances that are relevant to traffic law have been explained. Now it is important to describe the important legal areas that are subject to traffic law and its legalities . These include traffic criminal law , traffic offense law and civil traffic law.
